To expand our teaching team, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freelance instructors who enjoy teaching. If you are open to engaging with others, have a passion for language and culture, and possess a positive demeanor, we would love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conducting lessons based on the Berlitz Method®.
- Adapting lessons to the needs of course participants.
- Supporting and motivating participants to achieve their learning goals.
- Creating a dynamic, active, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Adhering to Berlitz quality management standards.
Your Profile:
- You have native-level proficiency in your language and enjoy sharing your linguistic and cultural knowledge.
- You have a university degree, are currently studying, or have comparable professional and life experience.
- You have excellent pedagogical, communication, and intercultural skills.
- You are highly customer-oriented and flexible.

In a free preparatory seminar, you will get to know the Berlitz Method and our materials, and you will have access to guidance from an educational director at any time. Flexible schedules with varying class sizes and a diverse range of private and corporate clients provide an engaging and exciting teaching experience.
